Any delays will incur an additional charge.
The price reflects your reservation of the chalet, therefore arriving earlier, you will be required to pay the total amount of the reservation.
Be aware that our responses may go into your Junk mail and to check. If you can please ensure you provide the correct contact number and we will follow with a message should we not hear back from your within 3 days of our reply.

It is the Owner/Carer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions. Any bookings made by any method of communication/solution shall be binding of the Owner/Carer's Acceptance and Agreement to the Terms and Conditions and shall apply for the booking(s) made.
